I've spent 10 years improving water distribution, system performance, and operational decision-making at PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda).
As Assistant Manager for Non-Revenue Water Control, I support commercial-loss reduction strategies, monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional performance improvements. In my first three months, I contributed to reducing NRW from 34.57% to 28.78% and commercial losses from 5.29% to 4.28%.
I've also developed water balance and monitoring programs, supported Water Safety Planning, and contributed to water resilience and safety initiatives with TasWater and the Australian Water Association.
