What I'm looking for

I want to keep designing Canvas-based, learner-centered courses and supporting educators through curriculum development and mentorship—helping diverse, multilingual learners succeed with strong assessment and continuous process improvement.

I’m a tenured Spanish teacher with 15 years of experience designing and delivering learner-centered experiences for diverse audiences. I build digital learning modules using Canvas and translate complex content into accessible, interactive lessons for both asynchronous and synchronous learning.

Beyond teaching, I’ve led curriculum and mentoring work—serving as Assistant Division Chair of World Languages (2024–Present), a lead language teacher, and a teacher mentor for new teachers for six years. I’ve also contributed to district curriculum decisions and built course curriculums from scratch, including a dual credit Advanced Spanish Conversation Canvas course.
