QHSE / HSE professional with 8+ years of progressive safety experience across Canada and Europe, supporting marine infrastructure, heavy civil construction, mining, power generation and industrial operations.

I currently provide QHSE leadership on an approximately $200M marine caisson and wharf-extension project in Halifax, supporting approximately 130 employees, subcontractors, supervisors and field personnel.

My experience includes high-risk operations involving cranes and critical lifts, rigging, barges and vessels, concrete operations, confined spaces, work at height, LOTO and energy isolation, heavy equipment, work over water and contractor management.

I have extensive experience in incident investigation, 5 Whys analysis, corrective action management, risk assessments, JHAs/JSAs, pre-task planning, permit-to-work systems, emergency response, safety training and regulatory compliance.

I also conduct internal audits against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and support external certification and surveillance audits.

My background combines hands-on field experience with safety leadership, operational risk management, data analysis and management reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint and Procore.
