What I'm looking for

I'm looking to keep building reliable enterprise systems through production engineering, .NET development, Azure automation, SQL performance work, and root-cause-driven incident improvement.

I'm currently supporting SEAMGroup (ABB) as a Software Engineer, deploying applications through Docker and Azure DevOps while resolving critical defects across .NET Web APIs, React/TypeScript frontends, and microservices.

I optimize MS SQL Server workloads, refactor stored procedures and query bottlenecks, and automate Azure operations involving Entra ID, Key Vault, Blob Storage, and certificate lifecycles. I also document runbooks and root cause analyses to reduce recurring incident resolution time.

Across SEAMGroup, LKQ Europe, and AT&T, I've handled production incidents, built C# automation and ETL utilities, administered Windows and identity environments, and coached support engineers on network troubleshooting and SLA-focused operations.
