What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and operate distributed infrastructure for high-throughput systems, especially across Kubernetes, cloud, Web3, or GPU workloads, with globally distributed teams and opportunities to improve both platforms and team practices.

I'm currently building infrastructure for Livepeer's global video transcoding and streaming network on Arbitrum, operating hybrid bare-metal and cloud environments with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, Python, and Go.

Over 14+ years, I've supported distributed systems at Nostos Genomics, FieldAware, Cisco, Ocado, Opera, and Clearcode. My work has ranged from genetics applications and AWS platform automation to Cisco's network simulation tooling and Real Time Bidding systems handling 50K requests per second.

I enjoy coding, learning new tools, and improving how teams work as much as improving code. I've worked effectively in globally distributed teams across major time-zone differences, and away from the keyboard I drum and hike.
