At FinanSys, I managed end-to-end delivery of nine enterprise implementation projects across Infor SunSystems Cloud, Oracle NetSuite, and UniFi. All nine went live, with an average delivery time of 3–4 months.

At ATP– Tradesoft, I delivered 13 financial-sector IT projects for Borsa Istanbul, MKK, banks, brokerage firms, and investment and fund management companies. I coordinated cross-functional teams and managed schedules, budgets, risks, testing, and controlled go-lives.

At the Ministry of National Defense – Turkish Armed Forces, I managed project activities for the TSK Cloud Computing System, MEDAS secure message and document distribution system, and Smart Card initiatives. I coordinated more than 100 stakeholders and supported infrastructure assessment and technical procurement.

At Türk Telekom, I managed development and commissioning of a remote-control and inventory system monitoring approximately 10,000 DC power systems across 82 centers nationwide. Earlier, I led energy-system renewal work that achieved up to 50% improvement in energy efficiency.
