Computer Science graduate passionate about technology for social impact.
What I'm looking for
I am a self-motivated and purpose-driven Computer Science graduate from the National University of Lesotho, with a strong interest in leveraging technology to solve real-world problems, particularly in underrepresented communities. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in full-stack development and AI/ML, and I thrive in collaborative, mission-focused environments where I can bring my curiosity, creativity, and integrity to every project.
Throughout my education, I have led various initiatives, including serving as the President of the NUL Computer Science and Information Systems Association, where I coordinated student initiatives for academic and technical development. My hands-on experience as an IT Technician has allowed me to develop and maintain a full-stack website for a local AI-based startup, further enhancing my skills in troubleshooting, database support, and digital operations management.
I am particularly proud of my final year project, AgroAI, which utilizes IoT devices and AI to assist farmers in Lesotho in maximizing their yields. This project not only showcased my technical skills but also my commitment to creating solutions with real-world relevance in agriculture and sustainability. I am eager to continue my journey in software engineering and AI/ML, focusing on tech-for-good initiatives that empower others.
