Titiksh Saluja

I’m a technical diving professional with over a decade of experience across 5-star operations, technical instruction, and large-scale team management. I’ve logged 7,000+ dives and certified 700+ students, holding credentials from PADI IDC Staff Instructor to TDI Technical Instructor and JJ-CCR diver. I’m currently pursuing SDI/TDI Instructor Trainer and Full Cave Instructor ratings.

My defining chapter was restarting a dormant operation with Lacadives in the Andaman Islands in 2019, and then using the 2020–21 downtime strategically. I restructured workflows, upskilled staff, and positioned the centres to reopen stronger—driving consistent year-on-year growth and promotion to Regional Operations Manager. In that role, I oversaw 50+ staff, 7 vessels, and three 5-star dive centres, including operations at the Taj Exotica and CGH Earth properties.

I’ve kept one clear priority: never letting management responsibilities pull me away from the water or from teaching. I continue to run Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) sessions and convert first-time guests into certified divers, maintaining strong conversion rates throughout my time at Lacadives. I also coordinated diving activities for two Presidents of India and the National Security Advisor, and trained hundreds of Indian Navy, Army, and Coast Guard personnel.

In 2025, I founded Scubahead and serve as Lead Instructor, delivering advanced courses and leading dive expeditions for experienced divers seeking higher-level instruction. I bring international experience across Bali and Sri Lanka in addition to India, and I’m ready to relocate and commit fully. I’m looking for a senior role where growth, safety standards, and leading by example are truly valued.
