I've spent 22 years with PIL Singapore and Shoei Executive Management, progressing from cadetship to command on large container vessels.
My recent commands include Ever Fore (12K TEUs), One Millau (14K TEUs), and One Truth (20K TEUs). I lead vessel operations with a calm, mission-driven approach to safety, timeliness, teamwork, and operational standards.
I've completed command courses, SOLAP, 3D ship-handling training at PSA Singapore, maritime incident investigation training, and bridge, security, ECDIS, GMDSS, and environmental compliance programmes.
