What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a programme or project management role in MHPSS, GESI, community engagement, or youth engagement where my professional experience and fieldwork can both contribute to a team doing meaningful work.

At ReachOut Australia, I led the Youth Advocacy Project and Youth Ambassador Programme, helping young people with lived mental health experience shape national policy. I grew the wider volunteer community to over 500 and introduced the organisation’s first Youth Board Member and Volunteer Board Advisor roles.

As Youth Involvement Coordinator, I designed national engagement programmes centred on GESI principles, with a focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people. I also led the Career Trackers Internship Programme to build culturally safe work pathways for First Nations youth.

At Calcutta Social Project, I managed operations across five community centres supporting more than 300 children, and designed and delivered life-skills-based English education. I also trained fellow educators and produced the Annual Programme Day for more than 500 attendees.

Since stepping away from paid work in March 2024, I’ve undertaken self-funded fieldwork across 10 countries in South, Southeast and Central Asia, advising grassroots organisations and helping coordinate flood relief in Colombo. I’m now looking for a programme or project management role in MHPSS, GESI or community engagement, where I can bring together my professional experience and fieldwork.

Led end-to-end delivery of the Youth Advocacy Project and Youth Ambassador Programme, embedding trauma-informed, safeguarding-compliant practice. Grew the Youth Ambassador Programme from 20 to 100+ volunteers and lifted annual volunteer hours from under 50 to over 1,000.
