What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead M&E and data systems for public health programs, mentor teams, drive data-driven decisions, and contribute to infectious disease surveillance and research.

I am a public health specialist and medical doctor with 11 years of experience in public health projects and clinical medicine, currently serving as the SI/M&E Advisor for FHI 360 Cameroon.

I provide strategic information technical assistance to the Cameroon Baptist Convention Health Board's PEPFAR-funded HIV-free project across Northwest, Southwest, and West regions, leading data management, M&E system development, and data quality assurance.

I have led large-scale trainings (100–160+ healthcare workers and M&E staff), developed SOPs and M&E tools aligned with the MER guide, and generated dashboards and visualizations from DAMA Online to drive decision making and targeted technical assistance.

I have strong experience in infectious disease surveillance, systematic reviews and data extraction for global research, and I combine clinical insight with advanced analytical skills to improve program performance and public health outcomes.
