At Fantastic Mind, I was the sole designer for nine months on a global industrial manufacturer's software licence portal. I designed about 50 transactional flows and a dashboard tested with owners, newcomers, and distributors, and wrote business rules into the interface copy.
For the same client, I designed a shareable configuration code that replaced emailing files to partners. My other client work included an NFT marketplace and staking portal, an insurance app, online payments for a telecom operator, and a company website with a customer portal.
On a freelance project for a supercar brand, I designed a 3D car configurator with generative AI in collaboration with the CTO and Product Owner. It shipped in three desktop and mobile versions; the third lets users describe a livery, with designed prompt, wait, refusal, and failure states.
Earlier, I ran a CRM rollout at the aviation business and, at Islandian, built an online quote tool that brought 25% more sales after three months of A/B testing. I also ran travel and aviation systems before moving into product design, and I still write a lot before I draw.
