What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use strong customer service skills while also contributing to hands-on production or operations. I want a team that values accuracy, communication, and dependable work.

I’m a customer service and small parts assembly professional with hands-on experience assembling products and performing soldering. I’m currently working as a Small Parts Assembler, and I also bring manufacturing support skills including electrical wiring, assembly, hand tools, machining, micrometer use, and cleanroom work.

Across FedEx Ground, Kroger, Dollar Tree, and Taco Bell, I’ve built strong customer-facing skills—unpacking delivery trucks, greeting customers, running a cash register, stocking, and supporting sales. I communicate clearly, manage time well, and I’m comfortable with computer work like data entry and Microsoft Excel, along with food-prep experience and Culinary Arts training.
