What I'm looking for

I seek analytic roles where I can build end-to-end data systems, design KPIs, and deliver dashboards that enable evidence-based decisions and capacity building.

I am a data analyst with an Actuarial Science grounding and three years delivering analytics solutions across operational and policy environments. I specialize in taking problems from definition through KPI design, pipeline development, analysis, and dashboard deployment.

I built and co-developed the Rwanda Land Dashboard (R Shiny, JS, CSS) used by 30,000+ users, led evaluation and training initiatives that improved data access and operational efficiency, and developed tools that automated reporting and improved financial visibility.

I am proficient in Python, R, SQL and BI tools and focus on building reliable, scalable analytics systems that translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
