I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my event coordination and project management skills in a dynamic organization focused on community development and inclusive growth.

I am a dedicated program coordinator with extensive experience in organizing large-scale international conferences and projects. My recent role as the Program Coordinator for the International Conference on Inclusive Insurance (ICII 2024) has honed my skills in logistics, stakeholder management, and event execution. I thrive in dynamic environments, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed to create impactful experiences for participants from around the globe.

Previously, I served as the Program & Project Coordinator at the Federation of Contractors’ Associations of Nepal, where I successfully led the organization of the IFAWPCA International Conference, bringing together delegates from 18 countries. My ability to coordinate complex logistics, manage international partnerships, and deliver high-quality outcomes has been recognized by my peers and stakeholders alike. I am passionate about bridging skills gaps and enhancing workforce development in Nepal, as demonstrated through my work on the EU-funded Employer-Led Labour Market Secretariat Project.

In addition to my professional experience, I have a strong background in volunteer coordination and mentoring, which reflects my commitment to community engagement and capacity building.
