I've supported founders at KELLEER, AK LOCATION, and MILOFF across retail, media, advertising, PR, and production operations.
At KELLEER, I built a supplier base from zero, qualified 95 manufacturers in Russia and 50+ in Uzbekistan, and ran sourcing for a 12-SKU, 29,500-pair order. I also automated unit-economics reporting with n8n, the Wildberries API, and Claude, replacing a manual spreadsheet with the sales team's working report.
At AK LOCATION, I created and maintained a 150+ location and contractor database and managed 30+ contracts and acceptance acts with zero missed deadlines.
I document processes before handover, from invoicing and e-document flow to recurring payments. Alongside executive support, I bring hands-on experience in recruitment, procurement, AI workflows, marketplace reporting, and remote operations.
