At Rivelty Group, I ran a project office across the full client lifecycle, from sales and research design to delivery. I led cross-functional teams of 2–7 people, conducted 100+ in-depth interviews annually, and produced REXA and Rivelty.Conf events for 250+ attendees with a 9.8/10 rating.

As a Founder's Associate at Social Dynamics, I owned team operating rhythm, shaped early product direction, coordinated design and engineering handoffs, and built an AI-native knowledge base using Claude. I also designed user research methodology and managed venture operations including legal/IP research, vendor agreements, and offboarding.

I'm drawn to the human side of operations as much as the systems side. My ICF Level 2 coaching background helps me ask deeper questions, keep stakeholders aligned, and help founders stay connected to their vision while moving work forward.
