I’m an IT Support professional and Computer Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting, network validation, and quality assurance. I focus on resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues while managing IT assets and supporting end users in fast-paced environments.
In my recent role in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, I’ve supported FTTH delivery by ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, running technical audits on fiber installations and network systems, and helping validate connectivity for optimal performance. Earlier, as an IT Support Intern, I strengthened cybersecurity awareness with anti-phishing measures and ensured minimal downtime through reliable help desk support and system installation, configuration, and maintenance. I also co-founded a student-led Blockchain Club to lead, collaborate, and stay curious about emerging technologies.
