I'm looking to lead Agile delivery and technical improvement in a collaborative environment where I can coach teams, automate delivery processes, improve transparency, and align technical initiatives with strategic business goals.

My technical background spans software engineering, DevOps, and data science across healthcare, biotech, and software.
