At Fairview Housing Recovery Programs, I coordinate healthcare administrative workflows across insurance, billing, admissions, clinical services, providers, leadership, and external payer organizations.

I've supported Medicaid, Optum, Aetna, Anthem, Humana, and Sentara processes, including authorization research, payment posting, claim and payment issue investigation, EOB review, audit response, and payer follow-up. I also develop tracking tools, forms, standardized resources, and workflows that improve accuracy, visibility, and follow-through.

Previously, I supported patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, records, and HIPAA-compliant front-office operations at Tri Area Community Health. At Family Preservation Services of Virginia, I coordinated records, reporting, calendars, projects, staff scheduling, and time-sensitive follow-up for behavioral-health teams.

I'm comfortable translating complex payer and administrative requirements into practical guidance, training staff on EHR and documentation workflows, and identifying recurring issues that need stronger processes.
