Hello, I am Tierra Tabron, a dedicated professional with a diverse background in IT support and retail management. Currently, I work as a Team Member at Hyundai Motor Group, where I assist in building electric cars and continuously adapt to new processes. My experience as an IT HelpDesk technician at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center has equipped me with the skills to troubleshoot technical issues and provide exceptional support to end-users.

In addition to my technical expertise, I have a solid foundation in retail management, having served as a Retail Store Manager at CATO, Inc. My responsibilities included managing shipments, cash handling, and ensuring a smooth operation of the store.
