At Netcracker, I work on order management and product catalog projects, creating technical documents and configuring software behavior models using YAML. I also develop database solutions and business rules in Netcracker PIM, using PL/SQL when changes are needed directly in the database.
On the Telus project, I delivered 16 high-priority tickets during a critical rate increase period while working with teams in Brazil and India. At TSYS (Total System Services), I improved stability and performance in online transaction systems by refactoring legacy code and optimizing SQL queries.
At Accenture, I was the core developer for Editora Abril’s Projeto Raiz CRM system, running on Oracle Database and Oracle Forms. I fixed critical batch file registry errors, reducing daily data issues from 90,000 to less than 9,000.
My work has also included data mediation and interconnection systems at Telefônica, Global Hitss, and Accenture. I’ve worked across Oracle and other databases, PL/SQL development, batch processing, and production support.
