I’m a Development Officer—Fundraising Coach/Consultant who has closed over $40 million in major and planned gifts. I streamline fundraising processes to strengthen organizational effectiveness and bring digital fundraising solutions that move donor pipelines forward.

Since 2011, I’ve served as an Owner and Principal Consultant (TRG Consulting), providing annual fund counsel, major/planned giving program counsel, and capital campaign counsel. I write and edit electronic and print cultivation and solicitation materials (email blasts, text messages, social media posts, and direct mail), develop 12-month communications plans, and prepare letters of inquiry and proposals for corporate, foundation, and government funding sources.

Previously, I spent a decade as a major/planned giving officer at Joslin Diabetes Center, responsible for an annual budget of $3 to $4 million in major/planned gifts. I identified, cultivated, and solicited prospects who contributed five-, six-, and seven-figure giving, including through prospect qualification methods, referrals, and one-on-one relationship building. I also conduct planned giving program assessments and feasibility studies, and I support campaign planning and management from early strategy through execution.
