I am looking for a remote role that leverages my fundraising expertise to drive impactful philanthropic initiatives.

I am a seasoned development professional with over 17 years of experience in philanthropic engagement and strategic fundraising. My career has been dedicated to cultivating long-term partnerships with corporations and foundations, successfully securing six to seven-figure gifts. I thrive on building meaningful relationships and providing thoughtful communication with donors, ensuring their contributions lead to high-impact outcomes.

As the President of Broussard Consulting, LLC, I have assisted various non-profit organizations in achieving their fundraising goals through strategic coaching and grant management. My experience includes overseeing the entire grant process, from pre-award to post-award, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with potential funders. I am passionate about utilizing my skills to help organizations expand their missions and exceed program goals.

Previously, as the Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the YMCA, I led efforts to secure substantial funding through strategic partnerships. My role involved managing a team and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet ambitious revenue targets.
