Thomas Cremer
@thomascremer
IAM analyst specializing in identity lifecycle management, Okta administration, and RBAC metrics for financial services.
What I'm looking for
I’m an accomplished IAM Associate Analyst with 3 years of experience in identity lifecycle management and access control within the financial services sector. I’m proficient in Okta administration and MS Active Directory, and I focus on turning access-control work into actionable insights.
I’m responsible for all stages of identity lifecycle management, including new hire provisioning, requests, and termination/deprovisioning. I create and maintain runbooks, process guides, and Standards of Procedure, and I produce meaningful metrics to support operational clarity. I also implement Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) and provide timely incident response when escalations occur.
Before strengthening my IAM focus, I led collections operations and supported associate performance through audits and call-quality scoring. I monitored activities, gathered relevant reports, and communicated outcomes, using strong problem-solving, relationship building, and communication to drive improvements.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a Therapeutic Program Worker, promoting independence through structured support and responding to emergency situations with crisis care. Across roles, I bring excellent documentation habits, cross-team collaboration, and a willingness to learn—because I enjoy contributing to team success and advancing organizational objectives.
