I'm currently planning and controlling the Ellinikon Riviera Tower in Athens, a 50-storey luxury residential project under a FIDIC contract. I develop and maintain the baseline programme, monitor progress, produce KPIs and Earned Value reporting, and present programme status, priorities, and risks to clients and project leadership.

At Bouygues Construction, I've supported contractual and delivery decisions through schedule analysis, Advance Warning and Extension of Time support, mitigation registers, recovery programmes, and collaborative re-sequencing workshops. I also run Lean delivery routines, including four-month lookaheads and three-week Last Planner System planning with engineers, package managers, and subcontractors.

My site engineering background spans Monaco and London, where I led structural, demolition, excavation, masonry, façade, and external works. I've coordinated clients, designers, authorities, building managers, site teams, and specialist subcontractors while managing construction methods, logistics, labour, and safety-critical lifting operations.

Earlier, at Rise Management Consulting, I coordinated design teams, tender packages, bid reviews, buildability advice, programme updates, and monthly client reporting for listed-building refurbishments. I'm looking to take on a senior planning role where I can lead a planning team, shape project strategy, and grow across planning, cost control, risk, and performance management.
