As Senior Capacity Planning Analyst, I led production-flow capacity planning for a region of nine delivery stations, representing 40% of combined France and Belgium volume. I also delivered medium-term capacity plans and deployed tools to improve reporting reliability and progress tracking.
I led the lifecycle of new station launches, from defining requirements and aligning cross-functional teams through change management and team upskilling to go-live. Earlier at Amazon, I managed operations teams and helped maintain continuity during COVID.
