At WELLHOME (VIETNAM), I supported supplier payments and cash-flow tracking across four legal entities, alongside weekly cash and management reporting.
I recorded purchase and sales transactions, supported monthly VAT work, and maintained accounting data in MISA AMIS and meInvoice. I also co-designed an improved payment approval workflow with IT.
I built internal reporting tools to reduce recurring finance data-preparation work. For my Finance Decision Dashboard project, I used AI-assisted development, Streamlit, and Supabase to automate management reporting from uploaded accounting data.
At RSM VIETNAM, I supported 17 audit engagements through account reconciliation, journal-entry review, document verification, and working-paper preparation. I also supported COD reconciliation and fulfillment and shipping cost comparisons as an E-COMMERCE INTERN.
