What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a finance or accounting role where I can manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, cash flow, and administrative operations while continuing my ACCA studies.

At Nisai Global School, I coordinate accounting operations across entities, working closely with the UK finance team to resolve financial issues.

I manage accounts payable and receivable, invoices, outstanding balances, expense records, bank reconciliations, intercompany balances, and month-end closing. I also prepare monthly cash-flow forecasts, monitor costs, and process payroll and Personal Income Tax for Vietnam-based employees.

Alongside finance, I handle administrative and HR work including supplier sourcing, quotations, contract documentation, office purchasing, recruitment communications, employment contracts, and new-staff training. I also support offline events and monthly happy-hour sessions.

Previously at AIC Co. Ltd, I tracked, scanned, filed, and received accounting documents and completed bookkeeping using the FAST accounting system. I'm currently pursuing ACCA studies and hold an Audit degree from Banking Academy.
