I've designed the Balance & Statement journey for Bradesco's mobile app, its second most accessed journey, translating complex financial requirements into intuitive experiences at scale. Previously, I led UX and UI design for innovation management platforms at Minsait for Enel and MAPFRE, from discovery and journey mapping through handoff.
At Whirlpool, I contributed to a global multi-brand, multi-platform design system across web, app, and HMI, building Figma design tokens, reusable components, and documentation. I also structured the design system and UI for a microcredit app at Murphy Charitable Foundation, with a focus on accessible, responsive, and inclusive interfaces.
