What I'm looking for

I’m looking for fully remote work where I can own SaaS production stability, investigate incidents with log/API/DB evidence, handle REST API and ERP integration troubleshooting, and lead technical escalation with customer-facing communication.

I’m a Software Engineer & Sustenance Lead with 5+ years of experience in SaaS production systems, technical support engineering, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and system integrations. I specialize in investigating complex production issues and restoring stability with clear, reproducible findings.

In my current role, I lead sustenance efforts across SaaS environments, customer deployments, and integration workflows. I analyze application logs, API behavior, PostgreSQL records, and customer configurations to drive root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution.

I also support backend and frontend tasks when needed, working with Node.js, NestJS, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs. I write and optimize SQL queries to validate integration behavior, resolve data discrepancies, and strengthen operational documentation.

Earlier, I developed backend services and APIs with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript, and built frontend features with React. With a PhD in Physics, I bring a strong foundation in analytical reasoning, data analysis, technical documentation, and structured problem solving.
