At QuintoAndar, I re-designed the registration recovery system to enable personalized, multi-channel journeys (e.g., WhatsApp), and I fixed a critical legacy bug that helped drive a 5x increase in return-to-cart rates. I built a dynamic Node.js communication rule engine with a self-service React UI so non-technical teams could orchestrate Email, SMS, Push, and WhatsApp campaigns independently, eliminating engineering bottlenecks.
