At Thales Solutions Asia, I serve as the Service Referent for the K8SaaS product, supporting operations for more than 100 customer production clusters. I help keep cloud-native services reliable, including Gatekeeper, HNC, Velero, Pomerium, Ingress, and Grafana.

I execute K8SaaS migrations and AKS version upgrades, working with Terraform, Flux CD, and Argo CD to provision infrastructure and deliver applications. This work supports 99% SLO targets.

For cloud operations, I resolve high-priority escalations using Datadog and PagerDuty and automate manual workflows. I also support Azure landing zones and administer Azure Entra ID access controls.

Earlier, I administered Splunk infrastructure at Xtremax and supported AWS and Azure cloud operations. At Ensign InfoSecurity, I supported ITIL-based operations and automated maintenance using Ansible Tower and Red Hat Satellite.
