What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced healthcare team where I can use my phlebotomy/plasma and infection-control training to support patients with care, accuracy, and strong communication—and keep improving through mentorship and structured learning.

I’m a Donor Center Technician (DCT) trained in plasma collection and phlebotomy, committed to patient safety, comfort, and accurate documentation. I work in high-volume environments where calm, clear communication matters as much as technical skill.

At Grifols Plasma, I supported donor intake and screening, monitored donor eligibility, and assisted with plasma collection procedures. I maintained strict infection control, sanitation, and biohazard safety standards while entering and maintaining accurate donor information and medical documentation.

My healthcare and customer-facing experience is grounded in hands-on support roles, including resident and meal support in a memory care environment and fast-paced restaurant work.
