I currently work as an Onboarding Coordinator, making sure employee compliance training is completed and that all licenses stay current. I also handle onboarding tasks like saving and uploading credentials and preparing onboarding paperwork.
Before this, I worked as a Phlebotomist in a hospital setting, completing blood draws for patients across all floors. I also responded to codes or emergencies when needed and supported lab front-office work by drawing patients when they came in.
I bring a strong people-first mindset from customer-facing and caregiving roles, including companion care and hands-on assistance with transfers, dressing, cleaning, and cooking. I’m also CPR certified, and I’m comfortable working with urgency while staying calm and focused.
