I'm looking for a role where I can combine customer support, digital operations, website optimization, AI workflows, and product feedback in a collaborative remote or cross-functional team.

I've supported Il était une fois through customer email and online enquiries, complaint handling, website management, order follow-up, and customer relationship management.

I designed, deployed, and optimized the SEO for the brand's e-commerce shop, while also completing AI training, data labeling, and optimization work at Outlier AI.

I've contributed UX feedback, bug reports, beta testing, and feature validation for a poker analytics startup, and bring production experience in FX, texturing, camera operations, and cross-functional creative support.
