What I'm looking for

I'm looking for roles where I can own something meaningful.A product, a workstream, or a client engagement, in a complex problem space that requires both structured thinking and creativity. I thrive in small, high-trust teams. My home is infrastructure, data, and digitisation, but impact and depth matter more than industry. No pure execution roles, I want to help shape direction.

I'm a consultant specialising in Data and Information Management, with a focus on the railway, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. Alongside consulting, I work as a Product Manager, translating complex domain knowledge and stakeholder needs into structured, usable digital products.

What makes my path a little unusual is that I came from architecture. I spent several years designing and planning buildings across Switzerland and Germany before pivoting toward the digital side of the same industries. That background turns out to be a real advantage. Architecture trained me to hold complexity together across many stakeholders, think in systems, and communicate visually. Now I apply those same instincts to data governance, process design, and product development.

A recent example: I'm leading the design and delivery of Catalyst, a multi-organisation data management platform for Swiss rail operators. Taking it from stakeholder workshops and product requirements through to architectural decisions and executive presentations. The project replaces a fragile Excel-based process with a structured, role-aware web application built for real governance workflows.

Alongside my consulting work, I run Ungebaut, a studio for architectural 3D visualisation I founded in 2021. I've also been deepening my technical foundations in Computer Science at ZHAW.

I'm open to full-time roles, particularly where data, and product thinking intersect.
