I’m a motivated and reliable professional with experience in administration, customer service, data collection, and community health services. I bring strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, plus a focus on confidentiality and working well under pressure.
In my Lay Counsellor role at the Department of Health (Apr 2023–Mar 2025), I provided HIV and TB counselling and testing services. I maintained patient records, captured data, prepared reports, and supported administrative duties within the clinic.
