I’m an enthusiastic, results-oriented development professional with a Master’s Degree in Development Studies, a Bachelor’s in Development Studies and Sociology, and a Diploma in Adult Education. I bring “technical expertise in monitoring & evaluation, social research, and capacity building,” grounded in extensive fieldwork and community-based delivery.

In my data roles, I plan and organize high-quality data collection, verify the accuracy of survey information, and ensure reliable reporting by coordinating daily progress with supervisors. I’ve used the Lot Quality Assurance Sampling (LQAS) methodology to conduct household surveys, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions, while maintaining ethical standards such as informed consent and confidentiality; I’ve also worked with digital data collection tools like ODK and KoboToolbox to complete structured questionnaires and perform data checks.

I also support public health outcomes through HIV testing, counseling, and linkage to care. As a Lay Counsellor, I provided pre- and post-counselling, upheld confidentiality and the “FIVE Cs of Counselling,” used DHIS2/E-registers and CommCare for reporting, and supported partner disclosure and hotspots testing—always aligning my work with professional counseling and public health guidelines.
