I am Dr. Thembalethu Macdonald Seti, a dynamic and results-driven academic leader with a solid blend of academic and industry experience. Currently, I serve as a Lecturer and Head of the Management Programme, where I possess extensive expertise in lecturing on a wide range of economics and commerce-related subjects. My passion for research is evident through my peer-reviewed publications and my commitment to postgraduate supervision.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a proven ability to design and manage innovative, industry-relevant academic offerings, including online and blended learning solutions. I have successfully led curriculum development initiatives that align academic programmes with industry and regulatory standards, ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of both students and the market.
