I completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate on Coursera and am building practical foundations in IT support through Windows administration labs, networking exercises, and Active Directory practice.
I document my progress as I work through help desk simulations and real-world troubleshooting projects. My training includes computer hardware, operating systems, system administration, and security fundamentals.
My long-term goal is to build a career in cybersecurity, specializing in penetration testing. For now, I’m focused on developing a strong foundation in IT support and continuing to learn by doing.
