At Economic and Financial Crime Commission, I provided technical support to staff, helped resolve basic hardware and software issues, and maintained an IT inventory database. I also assisted with computer and printer maintenance and network troubleshooting.
Through freelance administrative and digital support, I organized project documents and digital files, tracked deadlines, and maintained accurate records. For my final year project, I developed an image-generation project using OpenAI’s DALL·E model and refined prompts to produce desired visual results.
