IT Support & Systems Manager at Alpha Tec Designs, building responsive websites and a multi-tenant car wash SaaS platform.

Kenya

Message

At Alpha Tec Designs, I design, develop, and deploy responsive websites aligned with client specifications and business goals. I also manage IT systems and operations, including servers, workstations, and cloud services.

On an independent project, I designed and built a multi-tenant car wash management SaaS platform using Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Prisma. I integrated M-Pesa Daraja and Flutterwave payment workflows and planned cloud deployment alongside offline-capable desktop and mobile approaches.

At Epic Nursing Services, I created digital content strategies and managed campaign budgets, optimization, and performance reporting. My experience also includes network administration, systems support, and digital marketing.
