What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build and support responsive systems, portals, and mobile/web experiences, while using analytics and strong troubleshooting to improve user experience and digital communication outcomes.

I’m a results-driven IT professional with a BSc in Information Technology and experience delivering systems, portals, responsive websites, and mobile applications for Android and iOS. I focus on improving access, communication, and user experience through practical, reliable digital solutions.

In my current role as a Systems Developer, I design and build responsive websites, systems, portals, and landing pages while managing CMS updates and providing technical support. I also develop mobile applications based on client and project needs, and I produce monthly analytics reports to guide content performance improvements.

Alongside development, I’ve led communications and content operations, including social media content planning, copywriting, scheduling, community engagement, and content publishing. I’ve coordinated campaign videography and photography, worked with external vendors and creators/influencers, and created campaign graphics, thumbnails, and short-form digital content.

Previously, I delivered L1/L2 IT support within SLAs, managing workstation imaging/patching, asset inventory, shared drives, and network basics like Wi‑Fi, switches, and VPN accounts. I bring this troubleshooting mindset to development and CMS updates, supported by certifications like ICDL and Microsoft Visual Basic Programming.
