I’m looking for a fully remote role where I can support SaaS/CMS customers end-to-end—solving complex technical issues quickly, improving documentation, and partnering with Product/Engineering to turn user feedback into better workflows.

I’m a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist with 6+ years of experience supporting SaaS and CMS platforms in fully remote environments. I’m at my best when I can turn complex issues into clear next steps users can follow confidently.

At Webflow, I supported complex CMS, hosting, domain configuration, billing, and integration problems while guiding users through website publishing workflows and troubleshooting front-end and back-end conflicts.
