I am an MBA in Finance and Human Resources with cross-functional experience across academia, corporate HR, and financial markets. I combine classroom teaching with hands-on HR operations and leave-case management to bridge theory and practice effectively.
As an Assistant Professor I taught finance and HR subjects to MBA students, prepared assessments, mentored students on projects and internships, and coordinated NAAC and departmental activities. I focused on student development through quizzes, assignments, and personality-development programs.
