What I'm looking for

I'm interested in international roles such as HR & Operations Manager, People Operations Manager, People & Culture Manager, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or an operations and administration role with a strong HR focus, including in travel and hospitality.

At Travel Neth Holidays(PVT) LTD, I manage HR activities and coordinate international leisure tours. I created practical workflows for visa processing, passport preparation, and payment collection, and implemented the organisation’s first performance appraisal process.

I also coordinate hotels, transport, airlines, suppliers, and itineraries, and take tour-lead responsibilities. On an international Malaysia tour, I resolved hotel, transport, itinerary, supplier, and passenger issues through direct coordination and negotiation.

At zMessenger (PVT) LTD, I managed HR operations for approximately 60 employees and took responsibility for payroll after it had been outsourced. I processed payroll and statutory calculations, and managed recruitment for approximately 12 vacancies per year.

Earlier, I managed HR and administration at Asset Radio Broadcasting (PVT) LTD and supported HR operations at Union Apparel. Across my roles, I’ve worked on employee relations, performance processes, compliance, and HR administration, including directly supervising support and administrative employees.
