I am a Programme Manager specializing in Enterprise and Supplier Development, focused on empowering 100% Black-owned ICT SMMEs through the Microsoft Emerging Partner Programme. I recruit, manage and support partners to build technical and commercial capabilities, driving Microsoft Solutions Partner readiness.
My work includes coordinating skills development (technical and business), certifications, funding access and market exposure while managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant daily operations. I have hands-on partner development experience across solutions, cloud and AI enablement.
I bring a practical, impact-driven approach informed by programme delivery at Microsoft, prior partner development roles and active involvement in tech and social initiatives such as hackathons, WomEng and McKinsey University activities.
