I am a dedicated and driven individual with a passion for student leadership and community development. I have a Diploma in Economics from Nelson Mandela University and I am currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Economics. During my time at university, I served as a House committee member and Deputy Treasurer at Metrorez Student Accommodation, where I assisted with the placement of students and ensured the smooth running of the residence. I also had the opportunity to represent the student body as a member of the Representative Council of Learners at Port St Johns Senior Secondary School.
In addition to my leadership roles, I have developed strong analytical skills and attention to detail. I am proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, and I have excellent communication skills. I am a fast learner and have the ability to manage my workload effectively. I am also detail-oriented and have experience in financial management.
Outside of my academic and leadership pursuits, I have volunteered as a Youth Leader at Port St Johns Youth Centre, where I mentored and provided guidance to young individuals. I fostered positive relationships with mentees, offering support in academic and personal development. I facilitated networking opportunities and encouraged responsible behavior, while also addressing any challenges or conflicts that arose.
