What I'm looking for

I seek a client-facing application support or NetSuite functional role where I can apply QA automation, resolve Order-to-Cash issues, and grow in implementation and process improvement within collaborative teams.

I am a Packaged Application Development Analyst with experience supporting NetSuite implementations and providing functional support for Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes. I transitioned from production supervision in semiconductor manufacturing to application support and have worked across client-facing roles at Accenture and projects for Nature's Bounty and Make-A-Wish.

I resolve incidents, implement enhancements, coordinate deployments, and work within SLAs to fix defects and performance issues. My day-to-day includes analyzing, designing, building, and testing new components or enhancements, and collaborating with NetSuite practitioners to ensure efficient workflows.

I also conduct QA automation activities, perform functional and manual testing, and produce production and performance reports. I hold NetSuite SuiteFoundation and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Foundations Associate certifications and prioritize clear communication, process-oriented problem solving, and dependable client support.
